Project
Lankford & Associates, Inc., is developing a signature mixed-use, Transit Oriented development, consisting of two structures; a 19-story residential tower and a mid-rise, 5-story office building with retail on the ground floor. In addition, there will be underground parking for both buildings.

The unique feature of this exciting project is the C Street Trolley line curving down Park Blvd through the center of the block at a 45 degree angle. This will enable people to enjoy the luxury of the modern transit system of downtown San Diego.
