Esquire Plaza is the second of two joint ventures between Lankford&Associates, Inc., California Association of Hospitals & Health Systems and the California Dental Associations. The project, consisting of Class A Office, ground floor retail and a restored, historical IMAX theatre is located in a key redevelopment block of downtown Sacramento and was completed in 1990.
