The award-winning Yuma Municipal Government Complex is Phase One and the southern anchor of the extensive riverfront redevelopment that will ultimately include a new hotel and retail and convention centers. U.S. Congress designated the redevelopment area a National Heritage Area - the first west of the Mississippi.
