Since the land purchase of Scripps Northridge Corporate Center, Lankford&Associates,Inc. has overseen the infrastructure development of the park, three lot sales, development of the Scripps Northridge Technology Plaza (a speculative office building), and the completion of the Nokia Product Creation Center and Expansion facility.
